1. Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of $6.99 for standard insured shipping on all orders within the United States.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our delivery timeline is divided into two phases: processing time and shipping time. After your order is processed, you will be notified with an estimated delivery time.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
2. Payments & Taxes
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
Will I be charged sales tax?
No, we do not collect sales tax on your purchase at gocrowdly.com. The price you see plus the $6.99 shipping fee is the total amount you will pay.
3. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all new and unworn items. You can return shoes for any reason, including size issues or change of mind.
Are there any fees for returns?
No, we offer FREE returns. There are no restocking fees, and return shipping is covered by us using the prepaid return label included in your package.
How do I return an item?
Simply use the Prepaid Return Label found inside your original package. Pack the shoes in their original box, attach the label, and drop it off at any USPS location.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it and process your refund within 8 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. To get a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
4. Cancellations & Changes
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can request a cancellation or address change within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may have already been processed or shipped.
What if I provided the wrong address?
If the 12-hour window has passed, we cannot change the address. Please monitor your tracking and contact the carrier once the package is in transit.
